Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Pay is based on experience and starts at $12.50/hr.

Skills and Duties:

• Experience with hand tools and perform basic mechanical assembly (1 to 2 years preferred)
• Assembly includes using various skills to fabricate and assemble using a kit of fabric, glue and drawings
• Ability and interest to work with skilled hands independently
• Capable of lifting 75 lbs. when needed to lift and turn large items with minimal help
• Ability to be on your feet & moving around for most of the workday and perform repetitive tasks
• Good communication, problem solving  and organizational skills
• Ability to perform assembly tasks using drawings
• 1-2  years of marine, auto, airline mechanic, construction, or related industry experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience working in an assembly/manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:

· Monitor & add new controls under SOX Compliance Program in conjunction with GAAP to ensure government guidelines are met.

· Establish and maintain internal controls and implement remediation and risk mitigation towards deficiencies in internal controls, among others.

· Manage outside audits to show compliance of conditions as outlined by SOX guidelines.

· Manage Shared Service organization to ensure financial books are in order with local, state country and international standards.

· Make process improvements regarding financial information flow between the company and the corporate offices

· In conjunction with Shared Service prepares month end closings and preparation of MIS with different variance analysis reports.

· Finalize the monthly revenue of the company through gross to net model involving rigorous calculation of billbacks, chargebacks, price protection, Medicaid and other discounts to each individual customer.

· Making financials in Hyperion software so that consolidation can be done at group level in India.

· Handling all intercompany transactions (with Shared Services) and ensure each one balances on a monthly basis.

· Monitor chargebacks from customers through in house software IContract.

· Preparing USGAAP tax provision on a quarterly basis considering all the tax rules and get it validated from the tax team based in India.

· Lead cost management with cross functional teams and coordinate for product cost release.

· Make sure files are available when required to update Qlikview for updates of financial information required by business management.

· Assist in preparation of quarterly Board of Director presentations (BPR).

· Lead the USGAAP, Indian GAAP, SOX and Internal audit.

· Review the Internal Audit Report, Income Tax Returns and provide comments and timelines.

· Review capital projects and provide monthly reports on cash spend on those and tracking of actual spend vs budget on each individual project.

· Lead Insurance cost dissemination to ensure expenses are adequately timed and paid.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Business.

· Two years demonstrated experience performing process reviews to evaluate current business practices, internal control structure, existing SOX documentation, and implement any necessary changes.

· Three years Gross to Net calculation experience.

· Five years progressive experience in financial compliance in a life sciences/solid dosage pharmaceutical industrial environment with proficiency in SOX compliance.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively across various levels in the organization.

· Working knowledge of US & India SEC, IGAAP, etc. to ensure compliance.

· Proficiency using business software systems, SAP or similar ERP systems.

· Demonstrated experience managing outside audits related to SEC, SOX, GAPP and routine financial reporting requirements.

· Strong knowledge of SAP to engage Users and IT to ensure proper use of the system.

Job Summary

The Shipping/Receiving Operator supports all warehouse operations including finished goods conversion, receiving and shipping of finished goods and packaging components, packaging, material handling and any other related duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Skills & Experience:

Familiar with shipping procedures both electronic (computer) and hard copy

Previous experience with some of the following shipping software programs: UPS WorldShip, Fedex, DHL, Pitney-Bowes shipping software and/or international paperwork

Familiarity with SAP software (or comparable system) and basic computer skills is preferred
